Oh Bails

Since I have had time to post anything. I have been down in London for the past week staying in the model flat. I have had the busiest week of my life, I had no idea what to expect, and it was even crazier then I imagined. I was sharing the flat with 5 beautiful girls. Magda and Melissa from Argentina, Karolina from Poland, Georgia from America and Bruna from Brazil. Then there was little old me from Manchester! I felt so out of place in the beginning.

My week started off on Monday 14th November, with a haircut and colour, transforming my ginger into a dark brown and chopping off 5 inches from the length. I was now ready for a hella lot of castings and even more test shoots for my new portfolio which can be seen here!  

My first casting was last Tuesday for GHD which went really well and I got the job! I had to be up the next day at 5am, which is normal for a model. The creative Director, Kenna, was so lovely and so much fun to work with. The hair style was painful, but amazing as can be seen below.
 

After GHD, I had three more castings to go to. One of which was for the Peter Jensen fashion show at the V&A museum. I was so shocked when my booker told me I had booked this job. Like really shocked. I spent Thursday testing with some photographers which was really fun, then had the Peter Jensen show on Friday. It was a 14 hour day working, but totally worth it. It was my first proper catwalk, and I have never been so scared in my life. We did 4 shows throughout the day whilst it was being streamed live online as well as a big audience. Okay, so I am moving to the model flat in London on Monday for a bit. Any suggestions on what I should take to stop me from going insane? 
I have no idea what I’m getting into. The other models may be completely lovely, scared shitless just like me, or they could be the opposite. I’m quite scared, very nervous, but definitely excited!
